I went there yesterday for both, manicure and pedicure. The place is very clean, they speak BOTH English and french, were very nice and polite. For the downtown, they have good prices and i prefer to go there than to some place where they barley speak English let alone french, talk between them while doing my nails and talk on the phone. Since i am pregnant, the girl even attached my sandales for me - talk about good service!!

I had an appointment for Brazilian waxing and underarm, at the location next to old navy. They were really efficient at finding me a spot, I was last minute. Monica did my waxing she is very polite and professional. The only thing would be that the places needs a bit of refreshing.

+ Good service, detailed oriented estheticians + Employees speak both French & English and do not use another language to talk between them while working +/- Prices are ok - The place would need to be refreshed a bit (towel are so old they are now yellow and not white anymore + paint is gone on most of the furniture - Missing the massaging chairs while getting a pedi

Had a fairly positive experience with a gel mani here. However, the next time I wanted to book I found out that the hours listed on google are incorrect and felt that I was rather rudely told I should check on the actual website and that this has been wrong for some time (as if I should know). It seems that just about anyone can suggest to have the hours corrected - which makes it even harder to understand why more and more businesses like this one would rather frustrate or lose customers over incorrect information rather than do their due diligence and make sure that the information most customers are interested in is accurate and available via the most popular means.
