I went in yesterday and today 10/22 afternoon and 10/23 morning. Once on my own and the other with my wife. When did employees stop with “welcome to ????.” And when did employees stop asking customers if they needed help? I work retail in Wyoming and each and every customer gets a good morning/afternoon/evening when they come in and when the customer wanders the isles they, at some point, ask what brings them in and/or if they need some help finding something. These Runnings employees make eye contact with customers and immediately look away. What are employees there for? Stocking shelves? Running a mop? Either way, this is a leadership AND customer service issue with this store. Don’t waste your time going in. They aren’t friendly, welcoming, or willing to help. My folks live here and this store is one of the very few in this town. So I guess Payless grocery store is it.

good people but.  We  rarely find that 'thing' we need.  Whether it's sports, welding, tools, gardening; they have what you don't need. I like their popcorn choices

Kind and professional service, as always. They keep up their stock with the changing of the seasons, and you can't ask much more from a farm store than that.

Friendly customer service and a awesome variety of product.

If you want to be followed around like a criminal, this is Your Store. 4 Workers one related to me followed me around, stood by me spying on me. Was getting plumbing parts that takes time since we live in a rural area. Spent $200 for this experience. Not Once Did Any One offer or ask if I needed assistance! Told the cashier next time they can at least pretend to care about customers and ask if people need assistance. Which I didn't.  Last time I had a bad experience as well, 3 years ago. This is the last time I Ever set foot in there. I will go where people Appreciate their customers.

Its is the best that the town has but it leaves alot to be desired. They almost never have what I am looking for and finding an employee to help is usually a waste of time. The blonde lady Renee is their only saving grace.

Cashier was rude and condescending.  Dressing room was in disarray and could not be secured.   Mounds of clothing, hangers etc covered chair, room and floor.

I have always bought fishing tackle and guns and ammo from this store and it will truly be one of my most favorite spots to shop at 100/10 RECOMMEND!

Great Store!!  They have everything you need for home farm and ranch.  Good selection of clothing, boots, and work wear.  Large outdoor sports department for hunting and fishing. In the spring the go-to  place for all your garden needs.

Everything you need all in one place. Quality products instead of knock off junk. Helpful friendly staff. Hunting and fishing gear in stock. Great selection. If you forgot something at home, they have it ready to go!
