Group of 5 family members visited for lunch on a Friday afternoon. Owner is attentive, but very difficult to understand what he's saying. Despite that, good service, and wide variety of items to order off the menu. Everyone ordered something different and we all loved our meals. The portions were big and the price very reasonable. I'd go back again. The music was pleasant, but the decor is a bit lacking. In general, good place to get a good meal.
We were a group of nine, the service was fast, professional and the orders were accurate. I knocked 1 star off the food because the food delivery wasn't timed well, there was 5 or 6 minutes between 1st and last meal delivery. That being said, there were 9 people and everyone had something different so I understand cook times are tricky with so many different meals. The other small issue that I assume links back to meal prep was my fries were warm, not hot. BUT they were still tasty and I ate every last one of them.nnEvery meal that came out surprised us all with the portion sizes 4 of us had take out container, the other 5 waddled away very full and satisfied.nnOverall, you get good value for the price and the food was delicious, I'll definitely be returning in the future.
Decided to try Rumi's for the first time on Fathers Day! I Heard many good things about the food. Well it did not disappoint. So Fresh! We were 4 Adults and 1 child we all got something different so we could all try each others meals. The 7 ounce Steak Sandwich was INCREDIBLE the steak was cooked to perfection very tender and flavorful. Ribs and wings also very good. The Guinness beef and mushroom pie was also very tasty and HUGE portion. Will definitely be back for the Steak Sandwich soon!
Delicious food at reasonable prices! Portions are generous, grilled food had a nice char to it and there is LOTS on the menu to choose from. We enjoyed the Steak Melt sandwich, Lamb Souvlaki, and the Halloumi Fries.nnWater is served in plastic bottles but we did not get charged for it. The atmosphere is quite bare but suitable for the price of the food.nnService could be improved upon - the male server was a bit curt and unfriendly. When he interacted with us or dropped things off at the table, he would do so in a hurry and without much care. Dishes were dropped onto the table with a slam and menus were slid across the table to us. Hoping for a bit better service next time we visit.
Our experience at Rumis resto and chocolate bar was AMAZING!!! They were committed to great service and incredibly friendly! The quality of the food was top tier, and the atmosphere was perfect. Most importantly the food was delicious, affordable & worth every single penny! We ordered the chicken souvlaki with Greek salad Greek salad was the best I ever had, jambalaya, calamari rings, wings & French fries and every meal was cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of flavour! Definitely coming back here regularly, I can’t wait to try out more items on the menu!
