A very humble and rustic place The food was honestly so great. I got a little bit of everything to try out and ended up sharing more than half because that was a lot lol I got the blueberry lemon scone - which let me say, is massive. That’s something you will definitely want to share with at least 3 people. It’s super sweet and soft so coffee is a must ! I also got the coffee shake - I don’t know how to order my coffee to be frank I’m a processed coffee girl but once I mixed in the whipped cream My favourite was probably the egger sandwich with avocados. It’s definitely slightly pricey but frankly, worth the price because it was fresh and just it was perfect and light but full of flavour. If you are trying to support local businesses this is definitely one to be put on the map ! The entire place is super cute and homey - I will be coming back to try out the rest of the menu :
This is my wife’s and my favourite country cafe by far. Their scones are to die for, and they also make great coffee, but most of all I enjoy the atmosphere. In the warmer months, the outdoor patio is one of the cutest places to enjoy your coffee. The owners are super friendly and patient. Don’t listen to the haters — this is a fantastic place to enjoy some yummy desserts! Keep up the great work!
Our first time visiting this cafe today and can say with confidence we will absolutely be back. We each had a London Fog great size! and shared a cranberry orange scone huuuge and honestly divine; was nicely warmed as well. Super cute and cozy atmosphere with plenty of seating. Upstairs and sprinkled throughout the main floor are assorted gifts board games, baby/infant items, etc and housewares for sale at very reasonable prices. Parking: Parking available at the rear of the cafe. Street parking also available.
Such a quaint and cozy café! Perfect for delicious comfort food, gifteware, and fun tchotchkes treasures!Food: 5/5
Love stopping here after a long bike ride to work for a coffee and scone!! Amazingly cozy seating areas and incredible pastries and sandwiches, a hidden gem in the waterloo region!!
I so enjoy bringing friends to this beautiful, cozy cafe and shop. Their food is homemade, always tastes delicious and is fresh. I have yet to have anything there that was not good. Prices are very reasonable, staff are great people, and the store is full of lovely treasures. SO worth the drive to get there. Enjoy!~
Great and friendly service, cutest location. Such a homey feeling place. I love it! I ordered an iced latte and it was really good but they have other good menu options too.
By far the best scones I’ve ever had. All the food is great, staff is friendly and welcoming. My favourite coffee stop with friends.
Was on the way to St Jacobs when we stumbled upon Rumble Tum Cafe & Gifts. We have always wanted a countryside breakfast instead of a franchise place. Since it was past breakfast hours, lunch menu was in. The owners are nice and patience with us, having two little children and undecided on the menu. We ordered two salads, a ham sandwich, three cookies, three coffees and two glasses of milk. They brought the food to our table and the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The place not only serves food. It has lots of gifts that one can browse around. It was nicely decorated and quiet for families and friends to enjoy.
Update: Great new breakfast menu! The egg sandwich with avocado Great Cafe in Conestoga. Their traditional menu and soups are great. Surprising large amount of seating in this home turned Cafe. Coffee is on point. If you want to leave the Kitchener without going too far, this is a great place to go. I would personally like to see a few more healthy options added to the menu, but everything tastes like great quality and made with love and they will modify your order with no complaints.
