I’ve had every pizza place in the Scotia area, this is by far the best pizza, and customer service in the area. Their garlic nots are huge btw. Parking: Plenty of parking

We order turkey subs regularly. But notice the last 2 times the deli meat was cut in half.. We're a 5 star now lowering it to a 3 star.

I ordered a meatball parm sub with peppers. I found something hard in the sub and discovered it was a piece of the pepper stem. I took it back so they could see it. Chris was less than helpful and flippant. He shrugged it off and stated that when you sear peppers too much they get hard. Never apologized or offered compensation. It is a treat to order out during these post Covid times when everything has gone up. They have lost my business for sure!!

Had them cater a birthday party. Everyone enjoyed the food. Was ready on time at a fare price. Will definitely use them again.

Another Scotia-Glenville staple. Been serving the area great food for a long time. Most tender steak sandwich yet.

asked for thin crust - got thick doughy "crust" asked for well done - the cheese wasn't even fully melted. Is there a pepperoni shortage ? Very stingy with the pepperoni it was ... edible... barely

The pizza at Ruggieros is good. My concern is the attention of the staff towards their customers. With prices going up it is important that people feel it is worth their time to patronize a local restaurant. I was put on hold 3 times in a matter of 5 minutes. The girl who answered the phone obviously was not paying attention to my order. I got it home and my broccoli pizza was just a white pizza. I called to complain and was told "you were not charged for the broccoli ". I don't believe that was the point. I was eventually told I would be refunded the cost of my pizza. This never happened.

Walked in and walked out. Wanted a slice. Pizza looked dry like it was sitting for hours and a lil over cooked if u ask me. Also not a lot of choices maybe 3 or 4 different pies. Would t recommend the stop for a fresh slice on the go.
