Ruff Stuff has been taking care of my Jack Russel Terrier since he was 5 months old; he is now a spritely 16 years. Our 2 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi was introduced this year. Highly recommend Ruff Stuff Dog Services! Both of my dogs have a blast when boarding and I, as an owner, feel confident knowing my dogs are being loved and being provided amazing care while I am away. All staff members I have spoken with are so lovely and are great at posting pictures of the dogs on social media so owners can see how much fun their dogs are having!
Very thorough and thoughtful! My dog had a great time and they are very knowledgeable about how his experience went. They are careful when introducing new dogs and ensure they go through thorough introductions and monitoring. So happy I found them!
Our young Bernese Mountain Dog, Juno, had a positive experience during her recent daycare trial in advance of boarding. The staff were very caring and knowledgeable and followed a thoughtful introduction protocol to ensure safety and a fun experience. Communication through registration, drop-off and pick-up was excellent and any questions we had, were responded to promptly. Juno and her pawrents are looking forward to future visits.
Outstanding boarding service! The folks at Ruff Stuff truly looked after our 2 1/2 year old blonde lab, Arbutus. He can hardly wait to go back in November! Without a hesitation, we would recommend Ruff Stuff!
Our pup Scoob loves his time at Ruth's. He comes home exhausted. They are very attentive to all the dogs. Wirkers are easy to communicate with. Drop off and pick up are seemless. Booking on line is quick and confirmation is with the next few hours.
My pup Dray comes to Ruffstuff. We use both the daycare and the boarding services. Dray always seems to have a blast and it’s a relief for me to know I have somewhere safe for her to be if I’m away or out skiing for the day.
Our dog has been there several times now and he loves it. We just picked him up after a long stay and he was happy to see us and looked so well. They have an i diagram feed where you can see how happy and playful your pup. They ah e good protocols to minime any separation anxiety at drop off. Super grateful we were able to go away and feel our pup was loved and cared for. Thank you to The Ruff Stuff crew.
