Welcome to Ruff’s Wings & Sports Bar, Willmar’s best sports bar! You want it, we’ve got it! We have Ruff’s Tap House featuring local Minnesota brews. We are the areas sports headquarters with thirty 55 inch TV’s showing every game you can imagine. Our outdoor patio has everything you could dream of with an outdoor bar, fire feature, and 3 TV’s including a 70″ HD TV. Good food, and good waiter, but he was way to busy!! We were seated right away and got drinks ordered, but they never arrived until about 15 minutes later...then we ordered an app and that took long too...and a request for a water took about 10 minutes to be fulfilled. Definitely need to work on customer service!

Terrible service, waited 10-15 min just to be seated, we were about to walk out the door when the manager came and offered us a seat at the last second.(they had an empty table the whole time but didn't want to seat us) took about 15 min to get us our drinks and we made sure to order food the same time as the drinks so it wouldn't take that long. Waited for a little over an hour for our food. When I took my order they asked if I wanted it pink in the middle and I said yes, came out well done and dry. Also the waitress we had never smiled once. I don't normally write reviews but I've been here twice now and both times it's just been terrible.

The server wasn't very good. The food was OK. They have TVs everywhere which is good. But while watching the games, a message appeared on the TVs from multiple receivers saying the receivers would reboot. It gave an option to wait and reboot later. This message was on the TVs for around 10 minutes. They choose to ignore this message so the receivers all rebooted. This caused the TVs not to show anything for about 15 minutes. Calling yourself a sports bar and not showing sports on the TVs is not a good thing.

The food was great; large portions for a good price. The service was excellent. Overall, this was a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Been here 40 minutes and no food yet. Ordered a Guinness in a bottle. No glass and was done cascading before it ever got to the table. Hoping the food is good if it ever gets here.
