Many years ago Rudy's was consistently excellent time after time then something happened and the place fell from grace. What was once the best meatloaf around became similar to a microwaved burned hockey puck. I was so disappointed that I would not go back for at least a decade. I finally decided to give it another chance. Although I'm not sure the meatloaf is as good as it was in the 80's but it was very good with real mashed potatoes and home made bread. My only complaint is closing at 1:00 is a problem. Why not 1:30 or 2:00?

What a *fabulous* diner! Rudy’s has fantastic food and service, whether you want breakfast, lunch, or perhaps just coffee and a slice of pie. The food is always prepared fresh to order, and never disappoints! Rudy’s is a must-stop every time we visit Brillion … I only wish it were also open for supper!!Dine in: Yes
Traveled to this small town to stay overnight before a Packers game. Rudy’s is a great diner! They made me feel like family. Had my fav breakfast. Scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage. Perfect American diner experience! Prompt and friendly wait service in a clean, cozy space with very good prices. The coffee was super tasty, and the pancakes were amazing and big!. The cook even came to our table to check up on us. Highly recommend Rudy's to anyone wanting a comforting meal for a good price.
