I was looking for a leather parka and went to the Rudsak store at Toronto Eaton Centre. I was greeted by Asiana Lee and she helped me find the right jacket and size, I got the Hunter X. I love the jacket She was very helpful, attentive and patient. She has amazing customer service. A few days after I purchased it at full price, the jacket went on sale and Asiana refunded the difference with no problems. After a few months I had ripped the stitching near the front pocket and Asiana helped me with the return and repair process and I had everything fixed within one week! I recommend purchasing from the Rudsak Eaton Centre location 100% It is rare to receive such great customer service and I will continue to buy from this location specifically simply because Asiana was so helpful. Great experience and customer service!!

With the winter we are having its the perfect time to buy a coat. Kevin greeted me and helped me pick a warm-cozy coat. Love the way it fits and looks. Amazing service!

Rude behaviour and bad attitude of store female manager was unacceptable. I have no choice to ask refund on the spot after purchasing leather hand gloves no matter how much I liked them.

Needed a new winter coat and I went with Rudsak - so much better than nobis and moose knuckles and the like. Kevin the manager was very hospitable and knowledgeable about his stuff, thanks to him I picked up a high quality coat that will last me years. Cheers!
