I live in another province and I called Ruby to order a special arrangement for a special family anniversary. She had me go to the teleflora site to look at the "Luxurious Lavender Bouquet". She told me it was stunning and was about 2 feet high and 2 feet wide and the lilies were spectacular. We talked about the vase and i chose the purple one expecting it to match the floral arrangement. Big surprise when I got the pic of what she delivered. It cost $157.00 plus tax. When I questioned her about it she said that she had added another $60 worth of flowers to it since the lilies were not all open. Won't make the same mistake twice.
