The manager or person in charge in this store has serious attutide problem. Very rude and unprofessional. He completely ignored me each time when I asked a question and told the other employees not to serve me. I’m convinced that he is racist. I bought many pairs of shoes at Rubino place portobello and they were always helpful. This is the worst experience I ever had with Rubino. I will not come back to this store! If I can give 0 stars, I would. Avoid!
I bought shoes at Rubino, and after wearing the shoes for the first time time and actually walking some distance with it, I noticed that it was hurting my feet due to sizing issues. The next day I tried to bring it back to exchange for a bigger size, but the sales clerk manager lady didn't have any intentions to help me and told me that the shoes were too dirty, and I couldn't exchange it. She was grumpy, not helpful and I give her customer service a big fat zero.
The customer service here was great! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but the store representative was great! She was extremely helpful and courteous. She offered to my sister to order the shoes that she wanted sicme they didn't have them in her size and they ready two days later. She aslo informed us of all the promotions and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes which I love and keep getting compliments on. The prices are great there as well!

I like the shoe selection and good price however the service SUCKS. I've been there several times and the service never gets any better... The employees just don't care... 3 employees, my son and I were the only ones in the store, no one greeted us when we came in one and none of the girls offered to help... The only time they said something to us is when I went to the cash... I like the store but I truly hope they find better employees...
I had an amazing customer service experience yesterday. My son had seen a particular pair of shoes online. We went into the store, and they had a few pairs left, but none in his size. An employee named Magalie came over and went above and beyond to help us out! She called all of the other Rubino stores in the area delson, longueuil, st. Hubert, etc... and found a pair in my son's size! They set it aside for me at the other store, but she went above and beyond to help and when I thanked her, she told me it was not a problem, she was just doing her job. Amazing service, will continue to shop there for all of my families' shoes.
So I bought 4 pairs of shoes/boots ... great prices. But the staff was pretty bad ... basically not interested in helping you. So if you want to shop and don't mind doing everything yourself not a big deal ... this place is great.
Service was good and selection is okay. Went to try on a pair of boots that I had ordered earlier as they did not have my size in stock. Received the call with 2 days.
Big shout out to the guys and gals work there in the store. Very responsible, caring and customer focused. Had two pairs of kids Skechers sneakers worn out prematurely holes on the shoe sole within 1.5 months very disappointed with Skechers, and the warehouse/headquarter refused the claim. Store staff spared no efforts to make it right, and exchanged th worn pairs with brand new pairs. For sure will go back to the store for future purchases most probably not Skechers brand which used to make decent shoes and stayed behind their brand. Thanks guys.
