I went there recently and this store has a huge collection of sarees, salwars, blouses, tops, lehengas, and men wears. They had a variety of ready made blouses in different sizes, colors and designs. The customer service was good. As soon as we enter, they ask what we want and direct the customers towards our destination which was helpful. Thank you:

This was a late post. But I need to have my review so to recognized the lady who helped me out. I bought a dress to be worn in a wedding in a temple. My first time, NIOMI was very helpful, patient and understanding to what I need. She went her way out from Unit 9 in going back to Unit 1 or 2 just to show me the dress that will suit what I want. Excellent Customer Service!

Very Poor customer service. You have to stand around awkwardly until one of the staff finally decides to help you out. At least they should be acknowledged friendly and welcoming. Instead I felt ignored and I was waiting around. The store is also very messy. There are clothes everywhere, including the floor. The employee was not ready to search and show the Sarees we want to buy. Instead she find one and make us buy. And shows attitude. And dirty look. I'm not sure if it's worth going there for the poor customer service.

Very bad customer service. I went there for a saree and they asked me to wait which was fine with me. I had to buy something for my friend as well and I was on video call with her. The lady who served me was really mean and said that is enough it took too long for me. My friend had a 15 min break at her work place and we talked on phone just for 8 mins that doesn't even cover the time that I waited for her to help me. I can't believe customers has to face this in a country like this. The price and goods are not bad. Apart from the employees and poor customer service the store has good collection in affordable price.

Hi Big shout out for everyone. I am writing to give genuine feedback about my experience with RSM. If somebody will ask about this place I would say big ‘NO’. The staff is so rude and unwelcoming. They are being rascist and give preference only to people who speak Telugu. I went there for shopping and no one attended for 15-20 minutes. When they started showing me kurtas and only after showing 4-5 piece the sales employee started ignoring and then she was being so rude saying that I cannot try it and have to buy whatever is showed. I never had such experience anywhere and I myself working in customer service field but we never treated anyone like that. There is enough to say about this place but words will not be enough to tell. Big shame for this place to give such customer service and discriminating among different races. Never ever go to this place. If google will allow me I would not even give 1 star to this place. They deserve zero.

Sales team is ridiculous... Management needs to focus on fixing many of the Lazy unresponsive employees rather than concentrating on Sales and Growth. I have witnessed the Sales girls bodyshaming the customers indirectly and making judgemental calls on the Size , saying it won't fit you or either we don't have bigger size even before the customers ask what they need. Please avoid spending your hard earned money in the place where they don't seem to realize that they make money/getting paid only because of the business that we provide.

This is a large store with 3 different spaces attached to one another. It is very busy and you will need to wait a bit to get support, however once an attendant is available the experience is good. I bought many things here in one purchase poddus, earrings, jewelry sets, bangles, two lehengas, 2 waist chains, 2 mookuthis and they gave a good price on all of them including throwing in some of the smaller stuff for free. Everything came to under $400. I would definitely go back. They do not allow bags and outside drinks and food inside so keep those things in your vehicles. They only have two change rooms so the wait to try on things can take long. Overall i would go back because of the helpfulness and quality of items.

Instead I felt ignored for the whole 20 minutes I was waiting around. The store is also very messy. There are clothes everywhere, including the floor. The employee was going through the piles of clothing on the floor to get what I wanted. They sell good clothing for a good price, but I'm not sure if it's worth going there for the poor customer service and long waiting times.

If you don't speak their language or don't look like them, they won't serve you the same way. I was looking for my saree blouse or fabric to make one, they only show me one fabric that didn't match with my saree color and left me and my cousin to take care of other customers without saying anything. I've waited a bit but the staff looked at me yet still ignored and continued with other customers. Very sad and disappointing experience.
