DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT and ORDER FOOD!!nWorst experience in Surrey's Indian restaurants ever. I wonder how a chef or restaurant owner who don't even know what Dal Makhani is, can continue to run and Indian cuisine restaurant in Surrey!! Moreover, the front desk manager girl was extremely rude to us. Instead of apologizing, she continued being sarcastic and just left us standing at the front desk. Wonder what level of customer service is this. PATHETIC!nnWe ordered a veg thali which was supposed to comprise dal makhani and shahi paneer. And we got chole and shahi paneer instead with an explanation that one veg dish of your choice and one ours. And when we told them why weren't we told about this at the time of ordering, they replaced chole with kaali masoor dal. You could have told us directly that you don't have dal makhani, why making such stupid excuses. The owner should seriously look at the staff management at this restaurant. Never going back!
I ordered veggie samosas over a call and I was informed to wait 25 minutes to pick up the order. I went there after 25 minutes. However, they hadn’t prepared the order. They made me wait for another 20-25 minutes. upon arriving home, when I checked the order, the samosas were covered with oil everywhere and in bad shape. Clearly looks like they reheat the stale samosas. I would had been happy with delayed delivery if they had provided me fresh food. I am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero star.
Ordered food from here for the first time and had a horrible experience. We ordered appetizers and mains. Food was not how it was described in the description. Especially the kadahi paneer and kadahi chicken it had no vegetables just onions and mushed up stuff tasted horrible no one touched those look at pics. On top of the bad tasting food we had to wait SO long for our food and it was so cold we had to rewarm the food and we only live 8 mins from this place so it didn’t get cold on the way home. The naan were hard, cold, and burnt in pictures. I will never order from here again and don’t recommend anyone to order from here. The chilli paneer was the only decent thing we ordered but still not good compared to other restaurants in surrey. We had to throw all the food away it was that horrible. Had high hopes but was very disappointed.
Raman Glot is best in customer service and so polite and welcoming. She made me best pizza in the town tonight everything was followed by instructions I gave. Must visit this place.
Never judge a book by its cover they say,nthe same applies to the name and size of a restaurant I guess.nnOrdered their Unlimited Chole Bature deal available 24 X 7 and was not only surprised by how tasty and fresh the food felt but also very impressed with how warm and hospitable the whole team is.nnSatnam Ji made sure the Baturas were served one at a time, hot and fresh - the fluffiest Baturas I’ve had in a long time and not an extra drop of oil - additional star for the same.nnHe made sure I had as much as refills needed making me feel more like a guest at his house than a customer at a food joint.nnThe Chole was the yummiest I’ve have in a while and oh! I am so glad I passed on the POP and chose the TEA - it was just what I needed after such a heavy meal!nnThey’re into catering too, so looking forward to order my next party meal from them.nnPS : You’ll walk out of this place with both your stomach and hearts full
