Royal Saskatchewan Museum in Regina is a wonderful place for visiting.nnI was really impressed by how thoughtfully the museum is designed and how welcoming it feels for visitors. The exhibits are well‑structured, covering everything from the natural history of Saskatchewan to the cultural heritage of First Nations.nnThe atmosphere deserves a special mention: calm, educational, and without any rush. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the space is clean and well-organized.nnIt’s a great place to spend a couple of hours, learn more about the region, and simply enjoy your time.nnHighly recommended for anyone living in Regina or visiting the city.
We had a great time here. It's not a large museum, but packed with information presented in a fun way. The paintings in the walls are stunning, as is the First Nations section.nThe staff were super friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any question and make the exhibits come alive
A beautiful museum; everything is very well preserved and in perfect condition. There aren't just dinosaurs, but also all kinds of stuffed animals, exhibits about indigenous peoples, and some world history. I really enjoyed it!
Had no expectations going in and WOW! WHAT A SUPERB MUSEUM. So pleased. The exhibits are very well done. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
A perfect blend of Science, Marine Biology and First Nation History one can find at this place. The two storey building displays wide range of prairie animals, birds and unknown facts about Dinosaurs and theory of their extinction. A place filled with so much knowledge and appreciation about this grasslands and their importance in our ecological I system.nnKey Notes :n1. Advanced booking won't be necessary as the front end staff are super helpful and respectful.n2. Entry hall has a coat room as well as rest rooms for adults and kids.n3. Ground floor covers a giant dinosaur skeleton and ways in past wherein First Nation people shared special bond with the animals and their seasonal food options.n4. Second floor has a wide range of seasonal and residential animals, birds and reptiles.n5. The museum also has elevator and staircase.n6. Ground floor has this tiny souvenir shop.
