I had the best experience with Royal Photo!! I called late on Tuesday afternoon in search of the elusive Fujifilm XM5 and they were extremely helpful over the phone - locating the camera in store and setting the last one aside for me even before I ordered online. To my surprise the camera landed on my doorstep in Toronto on Thursday afternoon, just 48 hours after I completed my order. Shipping was extremely fast and even came with a little pack of sour patch kids in the package : Thank you Royal Photo.
I don’t usually rate these types of businesses but i was shocked and impressed by many things! In a positive way!!nThe equipment they had for sale was top notch. If you like professional photography gear, this is your candy store nWe came for baby passport pictures services, and i was impressed with their way of handling it. So experienced, nice setup, everything you need to make the picture successful nSaw another family go after us with older kids, same amazing touch, employees even let them look at drones outside to thank the kids for taking good pictures. bravo!
