I don’t usually rate these types of businesses but i was shocked and impressed by many things! In a positive way!!nThe equipment they had for sale was top notch. If you like professional photography gear, this is your candy store nWe came for baby passport pictures services, and i was impressed with their way of handling it. So experienced, nice setup, everything you need to make the picture successful nSaw another family go after us with older kids, same amazing touch, employees even let them look at drones outside to thank the kids for taking good pictures. bravo!
The online experience left a lot to be desired. For starters, they advertised that they’d had a beauty dish I wanted in stock. When I wondered why it wasn’t shipping I called to inquire, only to find out it wasn’t actually in stock and they were waiting for inventory from the vendor. The only reason I ordered the product was because they were the only ones in Canada that had stock, which turned out to be untrue. After 3 days of calling, and many of voicemails lefts, I told the staff member I talked to that I was getting frustrated and just wanted to talk to a person rather than a voicemail. I was placed on brief hold, spoke to someone and had my order cancelled and refund issued.nnIt’s pretty shady to use deceptive marketing tactics like claims of false inventory to secure a sale. And then to be treated like my concerns didn’t matter, just transferred to voicemail with no return call for 3 days and 7 calls…just left a bad taste in my mouth. Reading other reviews it seems as though the in person experience is quite good! And after that online experience, I’d say stick to in store dealings only
Online experience is really bad. After a week and a half of waiting for my order to ship I finally went by the store.nThis after leaving two voicemails with no return call.nI was told the online store is more of a catalogue and that they have to order from supplier.nDon’t order online if you need your gear right away.
Extremely satisfied with my macbook pro computer repair experience. It's my first time consulting this place and the first time I had to repair one of my Apple products. I had called in the morning to inquire about their keyboard repair services and the lady on the phone was very professional and answered my questions in both English and French. She was also very transparent with the possible outcomes of the repairs and the prices before I came to the store. Because it was a keyboard repair, the lady said an appointment through Apple was not needed and I could walk-in for the service.nnI had went to fix my W key on my 2020 Macbook Pro keyboard that was broken and I was anticipating a complete key cap replacement. The same lady was super sweet and competent. She tested my key at the counter and told me it was an easy fix. It only took 5 minutes for the apple professional to clean under the key, verify the bracket and to install a new key cap for me. Price was extremely reasonable 30$ service fee + 8$ keycap, especially for Apple products and I was able to leave with a perfectly fixed macbook. I will be returning for all future keyboard issues. Thank you very much again for your professionalism, transparency and efficient service!
I bought an SD card here today. The person who helped me was professional and I felt that he gave me good advice on what to buy as someone new to videography without trying to convince me to buy the most expensive option. The Sony SD card i bought was 35$ less than the same option on amazon
