Great place to load. Super fast loading! Scale in empty and out loaded. Check In process: Step 1 Park truck on scale and head to the office on the right side of scalenStep 2: once checked in, back into the only dock available. Step 3: chock wheels, disconnect red air line, give your truck keys at dock they literally take 15-20 mins to load sometimes less. Step 4 Scale out, park truck on scale and head inside for your paperwork! Came here twice and had no problem!

The lady in the front desk is so rude, very slow loading moreover my truck got stuck in their lot because of ice i told them to put salt which they refused after that 3 drivers got stuck then they called someone to put salt i stayed there for almost 4 hours

The lady sitting in front at reception she don't know how to talk. She behave with drivers very rude. I asked her ,where is the office she replied in her rude manner that I am the office here. Bit funny to me but at the same time I felt like are we from different planet. When I told her I don't wanna come back here again coz you are so rude then she said better for you don't come back.
