Sean Curry is the grandson of the deceased owner's house on 46106 Downes Avenue in Chilliwack.  Sean overpriced the rancher and he has reduced the price twice. The rancher has been sitting for over 2 months.  Now, Sean has "New Listing" in the latest price reduction rather than "Reduced" or "New Price".  I emailed Sean about this deceptive practice, but no response.  I steer clear of realtor's who use deception to sell a house. I will also steer clear of Royal LePage if they allow this deceptive practice to continue.

Penny helped us with the purchase of our new condo and she was fabulous!  She was professional, yet down to earth, she was also very quick to answer all our questions and always got back to us in the most timely manner!  She made what some describe as a very stressful event; fun and exciting and we are so excited to move into our new place!  Thank you Penny!!
