Royal LePage was awesome to deal with when my parents started having health issues and needed to break thier lease. I could not be happier with the respect they treated my parents with.

Offered 8000$ up front for a rental. Turned down because of low credit score.  Look elsewhere to have your property managed, these girls lack brains.

They stole my security deposit. I left out of province which they were fully aware of and upon their “final inspection” found black mold in the washing machine. Funny cause I rented the place for less than a year. They stole my entire depot and asked for more money!  It’s ridiculous and I will never rent from these thieves again. I was an excellent tenant!

The ladies here have great customer service, always friendly, professional and helpful. I am not a client, but I have personally dealt with the front desk girl, Jamie,  to help clients obtain tenant insurance, and she always gives me accurate details in a quick manner. Jamie is an asset to this company and I really enjoy working with her. My clients always have great things to say about the staff as well, and tell me how easy they make it for them to set up tenant insurance.

They will lie minpulate and steal from you until they can't anymore!!!! Not only did she lie to my face about coming in to sign a new lease then having to move ON HALLOWEEN with my five year old. They blamed the damaged from previous tenants on me and used my damaged deposit to fix what they should've but never did the whole entire time I rented. If you want to be scammed go to Angie worst agent I've ever seen in my life!!!!!! DO NOT RENT OR USE THEM TO SELL YOUR HOUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Used as a property manager in the past don’t no more  . They will get your house rented quick but do not really do good screening . Lots of made up charges for questionable work from companies clearly owned by the management company wooden shoes .  Some major conflicts of interest going on . Real maintenance item are ignored for the easy bandaid ones they can make money at . Questionable double bills lots of staff that don’t know what there doing . Lots of missing damage deposits which the tenants or owners are clearly are not getting based on their reviews . You basically have to manage the property manager which is more of a pain than dealing with the tenant . Save yourself time and money , do it yourself . The main lady is great to deal with but her staff is not . Lot of billing to keep all the staff paid reguardless if it is needed .
