I rented in Steinbach on first st last year and it was a very great experience. Amanda managed our building and she was beyond excellent! Always responsive and took care of concerns professionally and promptly. The apartment was very nice with amazing appliances. Only criticism at that location was the deck areas - due to the very good airconditioning units, it was quite loud. Still, it was a great place to live.
Months ago I Contacted Bruno about something, unrelated to buying a house, and though he wasn’t required to respond, he did take a moment out of his day to get in touch with me. I appreciate the politeness and respect with which he treats his potential clients!
If you are looking for a realtor, look for Maricel Sales! We've been looking for land property in Steinbach or the surrounding area for the past year. It was hard because we have had some specific wants for the property. It was our first time buying land property. We had several questions about the property that we were planning to purchase. She was very resourceful and efficient. My wife and I were very happy that we get to meet Maricel Sales and had a chance to work with her. We are very satisfied and we enjoyed doing the deal with Maricel. Thank you again for helping us to find the RIGHT ONE!
Like Wiebe is a scam artist. He manipulates people and is twisted and underhanded. Avoid at all costs! Buying and selling!
They told me I needed to find someone to take over my lease to get out of my last month. Even though I asked many months in advance. I went through all the work then they took the people I sent to them, and signed one of them on for the month after so I was forced to be responsible for the last month. Inhuman people that don't care about anyone. Marlo is the worst.
Hard to find a better team than this. I know since I bought my home with them and now working with them. Mountains of experience and heavily Customer/ Client satisfaction oriented. A friendly and warm environment where anyone can feel comfortable and confident
