Royal Lepage Champlain: Bernard Chan

I wish there was an option of ZERO star to rate his services. First of all, he was representing us and representing the seller. We made an offer on the house he was representing since he told us that there was no need to hire another agent to represent us. We trusted him. Anyhow we made an offer and he never told us we got rejected after few days trying to get hold of him for answers. He finally told us that we got rejected. He didn't propose us any counter offer. Few months later we find out that the house got sold at a lower price than what we have offer and even if he came back to us with another proposal we have gave more money. Therefore the seller and us got screwed. The seller lost money with him where we could have offer more for the sellers home. My advice is stay away from this agent.. He will try to scam you in every way possible weather you are selling or buying!!! BEAWARE
