I had a walk through last week with Steve. He added cleaning requirements after I signed the agreement and left the house. He also didn't take his shoes off and is charging me for "cleaning" at 25$/hr  I think a puppet doll can be a better property manager.

My overall experience with them was mostly positive.  They have a to do list from my place that wasn't completed.  My business was transferred to a new company but I don't think the list was transferred.  I will add 2 stars to this review once completed.

Spoke with Reception recently today, found her to be very curt and off putting. She could take some lessons in how to be professional when answering the phone. Not sure of her name though.

Terri Chalaturnyk is the best realtor, worked tirelessly for us.

Beautiful experience

Poor service from property management. No support on the weekends. Val is condescending and rude.
