I ordered their special, see pics. I should have replaced the tandoori chicken one drumstick, with butter chicken. What was served was very tasty. It’s inexpensive. The ambiance could use some work. It seemed like a place that hosted private parties, or birthdays mostly. Or maybe had a buffet during the week, but put tables at night, if no parties were scheduled. Seems family run, and good service.

This was the first time trying at NEW ROYAL INDIA. Went to try their Chicken Biriyani, ordered on the spot spicy, it was really good, presentation was fabulous with onions and lemon, chicken was tender and cooked perfectly and many blend of various spices. Atmosphere was very clean and most of all service was spot on A+++ they are very good people, hospitality was more than there. Thanks again guys, warm greetings

Wow. Delicious. I have been to many Indian restaurants and this was absolutely the best. Food was delicious. Service was friendly and very helpful I ask a lot of questions. Portion were generous. Will definitely make this place a regular spot from now on.

Basically, it was ok. Some dishes were better than others. If you figure out which to order and which to avoid you'll probably enjoy your food.nnIt was a take out order so I can't comment on the service, but the person that took the order was nice enough.nnMy take on the dishes we ordered:n- Really enjoyed the samosas.nn- The lababdar, chicken and paneer, were both tasty. The color was a bit weird, I'm used to a redder color maybe it's a regional difference, but I still enjoyed it.nn- The chicken tikka masala was not very good in my opinion. The texture and color felt more like tomato spaghetti sauce. I've had much better.nn- I didn't taste the butter chicken, but no one at the table was raving about it, or complaining about it take this as you want.nn- The naan didn't seem fresh and had no ghee or butter on it. It wasn't bad, but I've had better.

This little hole in the wall has great food. I know that I gave it 4 stars for a reason. The Chettinad chicken was very tasty, the goat was excellent, my wife said, and the lamb melts in your mouth. The rice was undercooked and wet. This is why I gave it a 4 star. The young lady behind the counter was the owner's daughter, and she assisted me in picking the food. Never knew this place existed. Great find. I will definitely go back. We bought a lot of dishes but the price is good.
