We have been going to the Royal dynasty since it opened many many years ago and its original location on empire boulevard. Nothing has changed except the atmosphere when they moved to their newer location also on empire boulevard. The owner and the staff are always very friendly. The food is superior and I always wind up taking my leftovers home because they feed you so much and it's delicious! Kudos to Lillian and her staff for doing a superior job serving the people of Webster!
Dined in last September. Food was fine. Service was fair. Server might have sold us more if he'd asked if we wanted drinks or coffee. Nice birthday song and drums for a friend.Food: 4/5
This was the first time we have been here in about 15 years and it didn’t disappoint. Some of the best Chinese food in town, no doubt. We will be back and it won’t take 15 years next time.

For many years, Royal Dynasty has been our go-to restaurant for great Asian food and outstanding service at fair prices, so we were thrilled to learn that they had recently reopened their dining room after closing it for two years during the pandemic. We had dinner here on a Friday evening in late May, and the food and service were both excellent, as before. Our food was served quickly and was very hot, and stayed hot throughout the entire meal. And it was so delicious. Our server Jason was efficient, attentive, and friendly. On this visit, our dinner of Moo goo gui pan, sweet & sour pork, tea, and beverage totaled $35 plus tax. We had absolutely no issues whatsoever with the food, service, prices, or atmosphere here. We really missed not being able to dine here for a long time, so we're very happy that they have the dine-in option available again because, living nearly 30 minutes away, take-out was never a viable option for us. We'll definitely be back.
Sat down with some of the family last evening, table for 5. Patrick was our server and host. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. We had many dishes and not a one was something we didn't enjoy. Every thing is spotless including the rest rooms. Patrick and staff were very attentive and accommodating. Couldn't be happier with our experience.
One of my pet peeves is that we don't have decent Chinese restaurants in and around Rochester. Well, this place surprised me. The menu is small, compared to many other Chinese restaurants, but what they do, they seem to do it well. The food came out piping hot, the fried foods were crisp outside, the seasoning was solid. The fried rice had crinkled fried eggs, the sign that the dish was prepared in right order with high temperature. I'd rate this place one of, if not, the best Chinese that I've visited in this area and I don't do that often. I'd definitely go there, again.
Went there to celebrate my moms birthday. They went above and beyond to make sure they got my moms very confusing order correct. And them celebrated her birthday. The server was very very very polite , man must have the patience of a saint.
