I've been waiting over 2 months for License plates on a car i took a loan out for...RCU is suppose to take care of it..i am sill driving with temporary plates. Ive called them once already a month ago to remind them they need to figure out my title situation being they lost my title ..the DMV has emailed me they haven't received documentation yet... how long does it take.. i NEED license plates. On top of that they gave me a not great interest rate claiming my credit score was 50 points less .. i had a similar situation with a boat i bought. everything else at RCU has been great but this is unacceptable..

Always a great service whenever you do buisness.

Staff seem to be very happy cause they are always smiling and having fun and are very nice and helpful will definitely be coming back to this branch!!!

Poor account communication, paperless documents never sent!

Friendly staff fast knowledgeable and safe couldn't ask for more love it!!!
