Very confusing registry system that nobody is there to explain it to you . You enter the parking, thinking you need to pay and pay at the machine, then figuring out no check points at the exit and you just paid for nothing! I had a 4 hour test and I paid $ 12 for the day as there was no other option matching and found out I was not supposed to pay. Then at registry taking a number and sitting for 45 minutes to be called finding out you did not need to register for the test but the sign doesn't say anything to guide you. The scan was not working and people were sent out or were delayed for x rays. My test result came out unclear and I need to do the test again in another hospital. It's a mess. If I don't have to go back there, most probably I will never do by choice.
P1 is for patients, but there's a limited amount of spots... so you won't find any spots despite looping around. P2 is for staff only.nnThe new MCH lot locks the gates after 10pm despite it being a 24hr lot.nnSo good luck if you need to stay overnight and need parking. Overall terrible.nnNote this review is written for the hospital lot, not the actual hospital itself.
This is looong overdue review for the best hospital and maternity ward I've ever visited. I gave birth to my daughter during the Covid pandemic. I couldn't ask for a better hospital staff. The doctors, the nurses and the meals carriers, so caring and understanding for me, my newborn and my husband who stayed for the whole 72 hours. I could go on and on about what they have done for us, but that would make my review too long. I prayed for all of you including the cooks and cleaners for a safe and healthy life!! THANK YOU.
Free street parking before 8 am. Had breakfast at Cafeteria & pleasantly surprised with available menu options, very reasonably priced, and service was great! Wish there were reusable steel or plastic water tumblers for those who don’t have their own water bottle & don’t want to have to buy bottled water.
Circling this lot for 45 min and ended up losing my medical appointment. Thanks for wasting people's time with a poorly planned lot, both the medical staff and patients who show up early and STILL can't make their appointments because of lack of parking.
