A very good medical facility with most advanced trauma unit in the lower Mainland, this hospital has the latest and state of art equipment for patient care, buildings are updated and maintained on a regular basis. New infrastructure is added all the time. This hospital stands out for patient care and professionalism, staff is well trained, friendly Nd their main concern is patient care. This is a busy hospital but this is one place a Patient need to be in case they need any urgent care. Top class hospital
I went for a veinous ultrasound; pretty quick wait time and excellent customer service: they took the time to contact my doctor to find out if they should do both legs the req. was unclear. Glad they did, as he said yes, do both.
Jan,19.23 in the morning I had a MRI appointment . I was helped by two technicians. Unfortunately I forgot their names. One was east Indian man. I am very greatful that they were assisting me. Two wonderful individuals with a lot of empathy and knowledge. Thank you very much!
Went to visit the Lab for blood test for my wife. Since we were walk in they made us sit for an hr even though there was jus one appointment that came in after us. There was other staff who could have assisted but we saw them just sitting. After waiting and when we have our turn they informed us that the test that we wanted to do is not done on sat but only on weekdays. However before arriving at the hospital we have confirmed with the customer service that the test r done on weekend as well. So dont understand how they can have this internal miscommunication.
4.5 stars! I know the facility is very busy, but from my own observations I can see that the medical staff have been doing an admirable job of caring. Keep up the good work RCH.
