I have been a customer of Royal Charter Services Inc. for 7 years now. Kanna has been such a pleasure to work with. His drivers are always courteous, patient and kind. I would highly recommend this bus company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy team.
Excellent service. Well maintained bus. The driver was very experienced. Went to Pittsburgh on a 2 day trip with 50 people including some seniors. Everyone really enjoyed the journey. No stress, or hassle. Definitely recommend.
Manager was great to deal with. Seamless drop off and pick up from downtown Toronto and downtown Ottawa for around 150 people!
Called this company to get a quote for a company outing, and got a price. Had to present it to my team. Called back to book at quoted price, and they said they didn't and wouldn't have gave that price, and wanted me to book at a higher price. Be careful.
