I've bought a few batteries now from Royal. They are very professional and courteous. I've had absolutely no issues with my Northstar AGM battery that I bought 2 years back. I've run it countless times down past the 50% mark to power items in my truck, and it has had no issues starting. Great purchase!

Lying saying we'll call you back and never did. When I called them back to inquire about a product, they hung up and never answered my calls again. Never met more lousy personnel. BEWARE.
