This was by far the worst car rental experience I have ever had.nnThis company attracts customers with unusually low advertised prices. However, once you place your order, they begin pressuring you with various excuses to purchase extremely expensive insurance coverage.nnIn addition, there are strict limitations on mileage and driving areas, which were never clearly disclosed at the time of booking. These important restrictions only became apparent after I had already picked up the vehicle.nnWhat was even more frustrating was the vehicle inspection process. Throughout the rental period, I drove very carefully and there were absolutely no accidents or damage. Despite this, their inspector insisted on blaming me for a tiny mark on the windshield and used it as a justification to charge me additional fees.nnThis kind of business practice is highly questionable and extremely disappointing. Companies that operate this way severely damage customer trust, and I strongly advise others to avoid renting from them.
NEVER RENT WITH THEM. If I could give negative stars I would. The most chaotic and stressful vehicle rental experience I’ve ever had. Their booking system is through Expedia which should make things easier but instead they use that as an excuse to be extremely inflexible and say that everything is “out of their hands”. The insurance we were prompted to buy when booking did not cover the van we rented. Forced us to buy their commercial insurance but didn’t give us a policy number or explain what it actually covers. Minorly scratched the side of the van, said the insurance we paid $40 a day for was only for collisions. WORST PART: Charged us $2000 at drop off for small scratches and didn’t affect the use of the vehicle at all. Picture included of the damage they claimed was worth $2000, wouldn’t let us leave until we paid. Blamed us for other scratches that were already on the vehicle upon pick up. The van had maintenance warnings flashing the entire time, tire pressure system not functional, said the back lights didn’t work they did, oil change required, and the mud flap on the front left tire was broken so it was wiggling around the entire trip. INSANE AND SCAMMY BEHAVIOUR. Almost every customer we ran into on site had their own issue or concern with their services.
TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. I’m not sure how this place has over 4 stars because they are deceptive and dishonest. I booked through rentalcars.com and they clearly advertise that you get unlimited mileage. When you scroll down, it repeats unlimited mileage. Then when you click on “important info,” it says AGAIN unlimited mileage. It’s not until you click on “full rental terms,” then “included in rental price,” that you finally figure out what the catch is. I was only allowed 600 km for three days, couldn’t drive beyond the provincial border and bla bla bla because I’m a local renter. I didn’t see any of this until the day I was picking up my rental, so I couldn’t get a refund so I counted my losses and took the car. When I was explaining that that is NOT what is advertised online, one of the staff members had the nerve to ask me why I would put my credit card on a website without thoroughly reading the T&C. The first sentence in said terms read “Your rental includes unlimited free kilometres”. So even if you decide to read the conditions, after reading that opening statement, you’re less likely to read what follows. That sentence is intentionally ambiguous.nThe day I went to drop off the car, I met four people picking up theirs and also finding out on the spot that you do not really have unlimited mileage! So clearly, more people have fallen in this trap and more will follow. Unless you’re down bad or are okay with those terms, DO NOT BOOK HERE.
very bad service, to get the car I spent a lot of time, and I got the car without fuel, it's terrible. these guys are liars, in addition to the rental they take additional insurance, plus for leaving the province for each day, in general this campaign is twice as expensive as others. to return the car takes a lot of time, after an hour while they checked the car I already started arguing with them because I was late for the plane and my nerves could not stand it.
Akash was great when we first arrived and Ali was great at finalizing the invoice.nBoth quick and efficient .nShuttle back and forth to the airport also quick and efficient. You order the shuttle while waing for luggage and it is outside of terminal when you come out. A quick 5 minute ride to the rental place.
