Upon discovering the Cherryville Rec site is closed to camping, decided to camp here instead. What a great alternative!!!!nnTent sites are amongst thimble berries, wild raspberries and Saskatoon berries!!!! Nice open meadow for my dog to chase sticks. Not to mention the beautiful Larches and the range of songbirds. Camp host is incredibly friendly.
What an amazing experience! The best hosting we've ever had. The bathhouse was extremely clean and pleasant to use. Another outhouse closer to the campsite if you couldn't make it to the bathhouse. Lovely grassy area for the dogs and beautiful scenery with privacy in-between the campsites. Full hookup site which ran out AC. Can't say enough good things! Thank you to both the owners. Highly highly recommend if you are looking to stay in the Cherryville area.
Words are not enough to describe the hospitality Paddy and Colleen have given us. We booked this campground last minute, and like what Paddy said, it was meant to happen. Price is very reasonable. Campground is well organized. Bathrooms are amazingly clean and smelled great. We had an absolutely fun and productive stay. Away from the noise of traffic, surrounded by mountains and lakes. Best weekend this summer. Tons of things to explore in Cherryville. Relaxing views! I could not ask for more! We will definitely come back! This place is highly recommended! You are going to be meeting one of the friendliest couple!!! I would have given a hundred stars if I could.nKudos to you Paddy and Collen!!!!
Absolutely wonderful! We came in after 9pm in early May. It was cold and raining. We were tired but needed a place to park our Lexus and sleep for the night. Cody greeted us and welcomed us like old friends. Parked us on a nice flat spot next to the restrooms. We felt safe. The restroom was very clean. Other than that we just slept and left to the sound of a rooster near by letting everyone know he was there. A very secluded country atmosphere.
