We had a party of 13 for a family celebration and everything was perfect from the exceptional drinks to the food (that everyone loved from the vegans to the carnivores) and the attentive and professional service.  Can't wait to go back.

Nice selection of entrees, well prepared.
Worth the 45 minute drive from Albany.
Strongly suggest reservations.

Waiters and waitresses were pleasant but not knowledgeable of the food. My wife had the duck which is according to the staff what Rouge is know for. The duck was so over cooked and my wife asked for more sauce in order to finish the $32 duck. I ordered the sea bass special, $34 a plate, and that was over cooked as well. The skin was more than crispy, it was almost burned. We had appetizers and tapas dishes and they were good. The cocktails were good too. For the prices though, I expect much better.

The Rouge Restaurant & Bistro was super awesome delicious! I would definitely go back again!

We go very often. Never disappointed. Jeremy is the best cocktail artist. Maggie is a super host . Great menu
