Horrible customer service. The daughter of the owner was rude to the extned that she asked me to leave the store just because I told her the suit price is $1800 & she still wanted to use the same technique to dry clean it as regular fabrics. I say definitely lack of professionalism. I'll never go there again even for free dry cleaning.

Unfortunately all the suits we brought in were poorly cleaned and when we called to let them know we were given tons of attitude. Bad customer service!! Never going back there again. There are many other cleaners with good customer service.

Good dry cleaning at a price everyone can afford on a regular basis. If you live or work in Buffalo and are getting your dry cleaning done anywhere else, you are paying too much and you are wrong. Friendly sassy staff. Cash only.
