Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

#1195 Yuri was very courteous & prompt. He went right to work, informing us as to what he found. He suggested when he should come back prior to a problem which makes sense. I have dogs and he was very nice to both the pups. We only call Roto-Rooter to help us. Yuri was very pleasant, informative and timely. We appreciate how quickly our problem was addressed.

5 star service. Jay Thurman came to fix a backed up pipe in our home. He waited, while also training someone and patiently while we found our cleannout hole. They were extremely thorough in explaining what, where when and how they are completing the job. Tech number for jay is 1057. You wish that everyone who comes to your house did as good of a job as Jay did. We got real lucky to have a professional courteous and polite tech to come to our home. Would highly recommend this Tech. Thank you

Very professional, scheduled my appointment Sunday night and received a confirmation email right away and the plumber came Monday morning. Very courteous and professional! Unclogged the drain in no time and was upfront with the cost, used a 40 off coupon, great technician, Sergio and excellent company! Dan

I have service tonight for my kitchen sink. The technician Danny/2153 is very knowledgeable. He not only did a great job but also took time to explain how the drain flow. It was a very nice experience. Thank you.

Our kitchen sink became clogged and we were unable to fix ourselves. We called Roto-Rooter and they were able to get someone out same day. On top of that, they had a job finish earlier and were able to make it out earlier than expected, which was amazing! Tim came out and did an EXCELLENT job! He was extremely friendly and did a great job fixing our issue. He was very efficient and was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
