Had awful odor in house. Charged me $70 to place a foot long piece of pipe under my sink for my vent (to make it taller) and made a huge mess cutting the pipe. Did not clean up their mess and took 5 minutes to install. Took my money and left. Did not look or inspect anywhere else at my home. I called later that day and said the smell was worse and lady who answered phone said she would have the tech call. A week and a half later still no call back and my husband found out from doing proper inspection that our sewer pipe broke under our home. When I called company back to ask about help they said I would have to pay fee again for them to come out and repairs.  Very dissatisfied and if you need help with plumbing contact JMS in Ogdensburg instead. They helped us clean up and fix our major problem.
