The office workers on the phone were professional and attentive. The scheduling was easy. I wasn't pressured to buy their service the day of the estimate. The work to replace the pipe from the grinder pump to the sewer meant tearing up my breezeway. The worker needed to be in and out of my house frequently and was careful to not leave dirt and minimized the disruption. The replacement of the concrete on my breezeway was perfect and the grinder pump system works like a dream now. Very happy with the company, the work and the employee that came out.

We had a great experience with the same-day replacement of our water heater. The plumber, Dan, was professional and personable. He explained what we needed and installed the new water heater. He cleaned up the work area and it doesn't look like anything was done. He did an excellent job. Dan is an asset to your business.

Hello people. I am a retired firefighter for the past five years. Did I mention that I am not a plumber. Correct, I am not a plumber. This is where my story of having a random act of kindness happened to me. I was shopping at the local lowes store, trying, and I truly mean trying, to figure out the material and the correct water pressure reducing valve to purchase. I am a pretty handy kind of guy, and I am really not afraid to tackle any projects. That is until it comes to plumbing issues. Being on a fixed income, it's difficult for me to hire anyone to do projects at my home. This is where I ran into Mike Wetmore. I was totally struggling looking at the multitude of different parts on the shelves. To say I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. I saw a man next to me and asked him if he was a plumber. His response that he was made my day. I explained my situation to him, and he not only helped me get the correct parts, but he also took the time to explain to me how to hook everything up. I couldn't have been happier. We always hear about the bad things happening in the world these days, but rarely hear any good things that happen to people. This random act of kindness reinforced my belief that there are way many more good people than bad. Mike was my angel that day, and I couldn't thank him enough. Once again mike, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I called this company for a second opinion after a different plumbing service quoted me $2,000 to "fix a connection" in my pipes after I had a backup into my downstairs bathroom. Jason came here and camera-ed everything and removed roots that had come into the line but told me that my connection was fine as well as the pipes themselves. He also found a drain in the house that was completely plugged with debris and cleared this. This was all under $500. I should have just called them to start! And I have a 6 month warranty if the issues return.
