Roto-Rooter

We needed do get a plugged sink unclogged. We call Roto Rooter on Monday morning to check for prices and availability, the receptionist was cheerful and helpful in scheduling the time and said I would get a call close to that time of service. Got a call around 10:15 am and said he could meet me at my home in 15 minutes if that worked. Randy from Roto Rooter was there at 10:30 and had our problem solved in 20 minutes. Could not be more pleased with this service provided me from start to finish. Great Company, Great People, I would highly recommend their Services. Thank You!

If you live in Drayton and the phone person takes all your information down then tells you a technician will get back to you; don't wait call someone else. Roto-Rooter doesn't service the Drayton area! I waited 2 hours to that when I called a second time. (only one way to post this=I had to give them at least one star.)

The man who came out was very nice! However, he had no idea what was going on and told me so. He was very honest. He even called his boss, but really did not know what to do. We were having problems with toilets overflowing. Anyways, he left. Then got a bill for $115. $85 for snaking a toilet - which my children must not have told me needing plunged. So instead of plunging it, he snaked it without telling me first (toilet that we were not really having problems with) and then we got the big bill for it. Also, $30.00 for mileage for less than 10 miles from their office. Other toilets continued to overflow, so had to go elsewhere for the solution. I tried to call and talk to the office. First I got someone that was not local and they said they would have someone call me. No one did. Then called again, but the lady in the office would not budge on anything. I called and talked to the man that came out, and yet again .. he was super nice and said he had nothing to do with the bill and agreed he did not really do anything as he could not figure out the problem.

Called Friday afternoon with a slow drain. We were leaving town, so I wanted to schedule for Monday morning. - They offered to come over the weekend or later at night for an upcharge, but I was in no hurry, so I scheduled it for 8:15A Monday. Monday 8:10A they arrived - very clean and professional. - Wore booties to keep our carpet nice - checked it out, then brought in equipment to clean our main drain. (after laying down runners to protect our carpet.) 30 minutes later I'm getting good and bad news from the tech. - Good news is - all of our drains were fine, bad news is it's the city. - RotoRooter guy called the city for us. - City was there about 15 minutes later and our drains were 100% again! Rates were reasonable (it's not a job I'd want to do). - They did a great job - I'd recommend them anytime for drain service.
