I tried to be understanding. Tried to give them chance after chance but this is the final nail in the coffin for me.nBenny & co in St Basile puts this Benny Au Coq to shame.nWhen i called to complain about receiving cold chicken i was met with the person defending that decision for cold chicken.nI just cant understand why a place that specializes in chicken would even dare to give you cold chicken in the 20$ chicken poutine.nThe only reason i can think of is its a time saving option for them because they are too lazy to cut the chicken on the spot.nThe fries i received bone cold and when you bite into them, like dry wall, crumbles in your mouth like dust. I dont understand how a place can mess up as badly as they do.nnI unfortunately will not be re ordering and will only get from benny & co in st basile from now on
I got the chef order , I got the smallest chicken leg I ever got in a rotisserie, it was good for a child. The fries were overcooked, bread was cold.
I was still disappointed with their poutine due to the lack of sauce. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue; the sauce was barely there, leaving the poutine dry and unappetizing. When I mentioned this to the person serving me, she completely ignored my comment and didn't even nod or acknowledge it, making the experience even more frustrating.
Better portions, fresher than St-Hubert. Occasionally long wait time though.
this was my first time at benny’s and i can say im really disappointed. the cashier was the rudest person i’ve ever met, our order wasnt complete, i asked for the new pokebowl and they didnt put anything we asked in it, there was only rice and two pieces of chicken. there was barely any sauce. paid 15$ for that and it was cold as well. we waited 30 minutes for all of that and we were alone in the restaurant and we called to get something because our order was ridiculous and the cashier was literally so rude and mean to everyone and sighed in our faces the whole time we ordered, and she just gave us a 5$ credit while screaming on the phone. go to st-hubert instead: i got a picture of the pokebowl we asked for lettuce, cucumber, corn, onions but i cant post it here apparently
