We will not be returning. There are several reasons, the first being the sauce. Please bring back the old sauce, this recipe is spicier and does not taste as good as the original. It totally changes the taste of the poutine and ruins it. This sauce is horrible! The ribs are totally nasty. The worst ribs we have ever tasted. So fatty, cold, chewy and not worth the extra 15 minute wait it took to get them. The sauce is so bland that you are better off buying frozen ribs from the grocery store. You’ll enjoy them much more. The poutine… why do we have chicken strips cut into pieces and not the pieces of chicken? This is not at all what we ordered!!? Those chicken strips are gross. This is a sad day for this family.
Servings used to be very good for the price up until maybe a year ago not even. Unsure if it's new management/owner but portions of fries are barely 1/4 of what they used to be and the chicken seems smaller now as well but could be just me. Edit: Figure I try again after inital review, seems not much has changed. Few fries, small chicken. Sauce is okay, bread they give is half a hamburger bun now? flat like paper/squished? Some nice uncooked fries to top it all off too.
Fast and convenient fast food roast BBQ chicken. The portions have reduced due to the pandemic but the food tastes pretty decent. Great if you're in a pinch.
Something changed...the food used to fly out the kitchen before. This time, I waited over 20 minutes for a poutine....guess they had to cut and peel the frozen fries right at lunch time !!Food: 4/5
Like usual, delivery around 30 mins and food is still hot and well packed in the box. Of course, I can't talk about the food without saying how the gravy makes every meal perfectFood: 5/5
I am not a big fan of their salad because the lettuce is served in very big chunks. Made it harder to eat. Also, there weren't any salad dressing, mayo was the only option. On the other hand, their chicken was surprisingly not that dry and their sauce was flavourful and tasty. Even though their fries weren't that crispy, they were still pretty good.
Used to love ordering from here, ordered a meal not only was in cold, they gave me not even a handful of french fries for 30 bucks. Never ordering here again
Chicken and potatoes were very dry. Bread was like half-eaten. The lady did not say anything when my order was ready. Just put it on the counter!!! This is last time to go!
HORRIBLE experience ordering from here, ordered for my family of 4, part of our order was missing, I called and explained what was missing, they rudly rushed me off the phone and said they would send it right away, we waited for an hour while our food was getting cold, called and spoke with their manager, he couldn't care less and was also very cold and unprofessional, he wouldn't offer any form of reimbursement only a credit for that item missing, we waited for part of our meal that was missing an hour later and did not receive it, not to mention the entire meal cost us 80$. Stay clear from this place! **Update: it is now 8 pm placed our order at 5 pm I am in disbelief, we received our missing item, instead of a poutine that was missing we received a giant container of gravy, are we being pranked? On the receipt they even indicated a poutine 80$ for a cold meal and a large container of gravy, thank you Benny BBQ for a great night and for wasting our time and money
I find the delivery drivers to be extremely rude and aggressive, there’s multiple times I’ve had bad experiences with them and they have a very bad attitude and that is not someone I would want to deliver my food. As well as the prices have increased drastically for such small portions and most of the time they forget the mayonnaise for my club sandwich.. extremely disappointed as this used to be one of my favourite places to order food from
