Exhibits, period log home, resource centre, library, restored Anglican Church
Ross Museum is operated by The Whitewater Historical Society with collections in five buildings. The exhibit hall includes a general store, school, barber shop, dress-maker's shop, military and railroad memorabilia. There is a beautiful community garden where you can spend some quiet time or have a family picnic over-looking the stream. The resource centre includes a Whitewater Region family history library and genealogical aids for the historian. The Ross House is a fully restored pioneer log home depicting life in the mid-to-late 1800's. The Drive Shed houses agricultural, logging and blacksmith displays and implements. St. Aidan's Church was carefully restored by volunteers, and is available for family events, including weddings.
