Best ice cream in Vancouver! Love their shop in Olympic Village as well. Make sure to...

A fantastic place for crepes and gelato! We had the savoury chicken, cheese mushroom along with ice cream for the kids. Flavourful and the service is genuine. A great stop for treats here at the quay!
This place is absolutely disgusting. From customer service to food quality. I’ve worked in the Lonsdale Quay for 3 years and finally decided to give this place a chance. I ordered a chicken teriyaki wrap that for some reason was microwaved while still covered in Saran wrap. The women who was preparing it looked unsure of how to then place it on the panini press and properly grill it. The wrap was handed to me and had the appearance of a piece of wet bread that was torn with rice in it. The sign out front claims all their sandwiches, wraps, baked goods and pastries are made fresh daily. I assure you this is the furtherest from the truth. This place does not care whatsoever about the food they produce or the people that come through their door. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place, I wouldn’t feed their food to my dog.
very nice people and the crêpe was amazing, well prepared strawberries with nutella
Iced latte was just okay. Vegetable samosa was too oily for me.
Nice sorbet! Friendly staff and generous scoop! Right on the Q and enjoyed this while watching the sunset on a hot day!
I feel bad giving a low star rating as it looks like it’s a family run business but my experience was very disappointing. I ordered sweet crepe with Nutella and there was barely any Nutella. Any bite I took and didn’t feel any sign of Nutella being there. And bananas very black. Come on, please, don’t put black bananas in customer’s food. The toppings were only in the middle of the crepe and I had to eat plain crepe at the edges which wasn’t a good tasting and dry crepe by itself. Wasted money.
it's a cafe and gelato place located on beautiful Lonsdale Quay waterfront. The coffee and ice cream are okay. I would go there more if the owner was more friendly
Me and my friend got different flavours and both didnt enjoy our flavours. I expected it to be overpriced like all other ice cream places, but i spent $5 on literally half a scoop of ice cream. Because we went on a hot day the ice cream they served was already boarderline melted. They should really lower the temperature of the cooler. But the people serving us were nice at least!
I am a young teenage girl and I went there a few times while on walks with my small dog. Most of the times I visited, I was greeted by the part time workers who were really sweet and loved my dog, they were totally fine with me holding him facing away from the food and customers since he is quite a loud dog and I don't want him to be aggressive outside. And although I understand dogs should be kept outside, I'm out with the dog by myself on walks, and him being a potential aggravation to other dogs is just not as safe as me holding him. However one recent visit crushed my impressions of the place. This time I was greeted by the owner, or, who I assumed to be the owner. He looked extremely annoyed and unwelcoming and was very irritated when I went in for just a few seconds with my dog in my arms knowing its not the most sanitary, I kept the dog facing away from the customers and the food items . He kept insisting i keep the dog outside chained, but I know my dog won't be able to keep to himself especially since it was a weekend and I had no one else with me to hold him outside, I told him my dog is aggressive but he still said no. In the end I said he will hurt others and he continued to serve me with a very offensive glare. He gave me a cup instead of a cone when I said I wanted a waffle cone and the portion was quite small too. Definitely not worth $5. I just moved to North Vancouver, this is not a good place to get ice cream/Gelato. Especially when the part time workers are nicer and better than the owner himself
Lack of choices. We asked if there is another ice cream shop around and were told none which was not true...There was another one around the corner.
