Just got here, very nice simple motel, clean and cozy, close to everything and a very nice and informative front desk clerk with a very beautiful name.n$100 cash..nWe are heading to the Xmas steam train tonight, review that later
Great stay at the rosedale! Close to downtown and very clean rooms and polite staff :
Wife and I needed a room in Summerland as on our trip through the region we'd made plans to meet up with some friends who live in the area at the Peacock's Perch Pub. The Rosedale Motel was less that a block away and about 4 doors down from Highway 97. Super easy to get to, everything was very conveniently located. The staff was exceptionally well-mannered. Despite many rooms appearing occupied, the place was a good quiet spot to spend the night.nnWill definitely be back the next time we are in the area.
This was an unexpected four day stay the management here and housekeeping has been 100% awesome. The rooms are very clean. The property is very clean management is very friendly and have been very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything
This is a very clean and cute motel. We stayed for 5 nights and we didn't have any issues like others are claiming in their reviews. Rooms were clean when we arrived. Beds super comfortable. Room was spacious that we were able to set a playpen for our 7 month old. If you have someone upstairs from your room at the bottom, it's definitely a little loud, but nothing you wouldn't be able deal with. Staff were super friendly and curtious. They came in cleaned our floors, bedseven after we made the bed and provided fresh towels when needed. Motels always get a bad rep, but this was a super nice motel to stay in. Would for sure stay here again. I also like that your room is basically a door away from being outside. So much more convenient to walking down a hotel hallway.
