Rose Petal'r

I ordered flowers on line from "From You Flowers" In the past they used a different florist, & I was very happy. This time they used "Rose Petal'r" What a complete disappointment! I ordered on Friday & they were to be delivered on Saturday for my cousin who had her 95th birthday on Sunday. They did not deliver! Then on Monday they emailed me & asked if I still wanted the flowers delivered. I had paid for the delivery on Friday, what made them think I didn't want them delivered? I told them yes but only not later than Tuesday morning, since I didn't read the email until late Monday, & the flower shop was already closed. Rose Petal'r, called my cousin on Monday morning & asked if she would be home Monday afternoon, she told them yes, and she waited all afternoon for the flowers to be delivered. For a 95 year old person, this is stressful. They finally showed up at 5:30PM! I had sent flowers for her on other occasions, & they came from "Flowers On Broadway" she said the flowers from "Rose Petal'r" were nice, but this bouquet did not equal the flowers I had sent before. Also I had paid for a Happy Birthday balloon, which she did not get. In the future I will order directly from "Flowers on Broadway". I will not order from "From You Flowers" if they use "Rose Petal'r". I will now report my disappointment to "From You Flowers" & tell them of this terrible service & advise them to pick their florists more carefully.
