I recently sold my fifth Toyota and decided to try Ford, purchasing a 2024 Ford Escape PHEV. Unfortunately, this decision has been my biggest regret. Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, I noticed a scratch on the front bumper with paint missing. I immediately reached out via texts and emails, but no one got back to me till date.The customer service is poor and it feels like they are only focused on making sales with no care for their customers afterward. Having experienced top-notch service with Toyota for years, this has been a huge disappointment. I will never go back to this dealership for another vehicle, and I can't recommend them to anyone who values good customer service.
