My daughter got married today July 22, 2017. I booked hair and makeup in November 2016 for all the bridesmaids, bride, mother of the bride (me)and step- mother. At the end of May, 2016 I got a call from Mary (admin of Roots to Ends) saying they had to cancel the makeup portion as they no longer had anyone to do makeup. When asked if they were getting anyone new, I was told NO! Did they have any recommendations - NO! So there I was to find some one else to do 7 makeup applications. I called Elmhurst Inn (where my daughter got married) and booked 2 great makeup people. We went to have our hair done today for the wedding and found out the followings; 1)Roots to Ends does do makeup, 2)the makeup person has worked there for 15 years and 3) she is on holidays in Peterborough with family now. So our makeup appointments were cancelled because Roots to Ends can't schedule properly and the owner out and out lied to me! On top of all of that...7 out of 7 people in the wedding party were totally unhappy with their hair! We all had to re-do our hair before the wedding. We either didn't get the style we showed or asked for or we wanted or the curls fell out LONG before the ceremony. Do not go to Roots to Ends if you are having a special day.

Accomodated our bridal party very well! Great stylists, everyone was happy with their hair and make up!
