We make raw food taste really good, so you can have your cake and eat it too!

Enjoy a simple cup of organic, fair trade coffee or tea with raw honey and homemade nut milk, to a super energizing fresh fruit smoothie.

Venture into a world of unknown possibilities for satiating salads, dips, and crackers.

Or dare to delve into our delicious and nutritious raw desserts…(not only for after dinner consumption)

All of us at ROOTs promise to struggle very hard to reverse the obviously destructive trend of over processing,.

WHEN YOU COME TO ROOTs EXPECT THAT:

If we serve avocado oil expect to see the rest of the avocado in the recipe also.

If we serve nut oil expect to see the rest of the nuts in the recipe also.
If we serve coconut oil expect to see the rest of the coconut in the recipe also.

If you see grains on the menu expect to see them sprouted and whole.

If you see honey on the menu it will be unprocessed and raw the way the bees made it.

If you see salt it’s sea salt, unprocessed, the way it comes from our shores.

If you have a cup of coffee it will be organic, ground in our store and made with filtered water, sadly not the way it comes from the earth any longer but the way it used to.

If you see people eating at ROOTs expect to see the ROOTs staff eating there also.
