Roots - Bayview Village

I had a great experience here shopping at this location. The was staff was extremely helpful. Needed some comfy clothes before a dental surgery. Both staff members helped me find what I needed and where very helpful. Definitely would go back to this location again. Clothing was great quality as well

It's a smaller Roots, but carries pretty good stock of merchandise. Friendly staff. There's always some kind of sale/promotion almost every two months. Best to wait for the sales; otherwise, super expensive merch.

Friendly service. Small store, but a nice shopping experience and patient with kids while they run around and cause a ruckus. Also, very good with returns and exchanges.
