Thanh has been my hairstylist for the past 5 years and she has always taken great care of my hair - whether I want to go blonde in the Spring/Summer time or go darker brown in Fall/Winter. She is a caring, considerate, and highly professional hair artist. I don't trust anyone else with my hair colour! She is always very honest with her hair advice and helps you achieve the hair goals that you want - provided that you are also patient with the process. Absolutely love this place! This was my second time getting a haircut there and ThanhI’m pretty sure that’s the hairstylists name gets it exactly how I want it. I am so glad I ran into this place!!!!! My go to hair salon closed permanently and I was trying to find a new place to get my haircut and styled the way I want. THANH, my hairdresser, listened carefully to how I'd like my hair done and styled and also gave me recommendations for the same. Jenny and Thanh took such great care of my hair. Overall a happy customer and would be returning to them for a haircut again. Highly recommend this place!!

I had a great experience at this place. Brendan is my favourite barber and I’ve been following him all around Toronto since I met him this year cause he really is about consistency and quality. If you want a haircut from a guy who is passionate in what he does, this is your man.

I have really long hair, I only do trims, and Thanh just gets it right EVERY TIME. I don't go to anyone else! I especially enjoy the wash and blow dry. I would highly recommend.Services:&nbsp;Shampoo &amp; conditioning

I finally LOVEEE my hair thanks to the professional hands of Thanh and Emily! After a few years with my old stylist, I always felt like she could never achieve what I always been seeing on instagram. It had been about 4 months since I had last done my hair. I was frustrated, hated it, there was such a contrast from black to blonde... I just wanted it to blend! When I found Roots & Tips instagram account, I was WOWED! I decided to test them out and I'm so grateful I did! I was very impressed with Thanh's time management skills! The moment she had finished painting my hair, another client had walked in and she began working with them as my hair processed. That cycled continued as more clients came in for their appointment. Her assistant Emily was also on top of everything, ensuring each client was transitioned into the next step. At the end, as busy as Thanh was, she still had time to finish my trim! Overall, very impressed with the skills, talent and professionalism with this salon! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

I'm not the type of person that leaves bad reviews, but I really had an unfortunate time at this salon. To start, I had an appointment with a barber whom I did not recieve. The one I was given was extremely new to hair cutting, and was clearly nervous from the get-go. He washed my hair like he was afraid of it, and seemed very nervous. I showed him many reference photos of what I wanted, but he didn't follow them at all and had no idea how to cut curly hair. I felt like crying in the chair, seeing how wildly different the cut I was getting was from what I'd asked for. The end result was way shorter than I wanted on all sides and uneven throughout. I usually go to salons. I know that I could go to a barber for a lot cheaper, but I have a specific style in mind and I don't mind paying a bit more money knowing that it usually means I leave happier. This was definitely not the case. $60 for a really mediocre cut which was nothing like what I asked for. The person who dyed my hair, Thanh, did a very nice job, but the cut completely ruined the experience. I won't be coming back.Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling
