I've come to Adrienne for numerous injuries and here assessment and treatment has been spot on. She also sends you home with clear instructions on how to do your exercises via email which is great. As long as you do your exercises you should get better!
Great staff, reasonable prices.
Adrienne is an excellent physiotherapist who takes the time to explain everything that she is doing and what is going on with the issues you are having. Her take home exercises really help quite a bit as does her physio sessions.
Adrienne has a great manner about her and she is very knowledgeable. She diagnosed my problem and treated it effectively.
