They really define themselves by their great customer service. Don't be scared to politely interrupt them if the staff are having a casual conversation, that's how things are in small towns. They'll go out of their way to help you and they are honest with you. Which is key.

Good service yes, only one complaint. I checked their website on a Friday, showed that they were opened until 7pm. Drove 25km one way just to get there and see on the door that they close at 5pm every day of the week!! What is the point of having a website for your store indicating opening hours if they are not correct??? Wasted gas and time for nothing. Lesson learned, can't rely on their website. Really too bad considering the importance of website information in today's day and age...

Not recommended. Customer service is pathetic compared to other hardware stores . Freind I were completely ignored for 20 minutes one weekend, and place wasnt even that busy . And employees/owner that finally acknowledge us was quite rude .

Everyone is super friendly and have just about anything you need.
