Staff is friendly and always helpful. That's one of the number one reason i love going to Rona There are many other fine things about Rona lovely bathroom decor, kitchen etc
Super terrible customer service by two rude middle-aged man and woman and not to say how they were hypocrite. The smell of cigarette inside the store is terrible as some employees smoke near the backdoor. This store is truly not recommended. Better to go to Home Depot or Canadian Tire.
