Would be nice to have someone that knowledgeable with paint. Lady was so nice and kind. But didnt help other than show whats on sale.nLast experience Coop. My goodness the lady got right into our project! Had knowledge on what paint would go best with what were doing and color matching.nAlso friday evening there was absolutely no one me and 1 other person was circling the paint department looking waiting for a human to help.
Not a bad store. I like the idea that you can get supplies on Saturday afternoon. Prices seem a little steeper than other places in the area, but for the most part they seem to carry most of what a person needs. I think staff could use a little more training though. Some are not very knowledgeable even on products they sell.
It's a great place to get your supplies for your projects and it's a great place to work either inside or in the yard.
For the most part this Rona is quite good, and most of the people know what they are talking about. There are times where the store has very few employees and it's hard to find someone for help. But when you do find someone usually they can help you. Just remember if you find someone that is usually in the gardening section they won't be much help with plumbing .
Found the place is good. Prices are high.
